New semester Graphic Design teaching group seminar activities

At the beginning of the new semester, the Graphic Design CC teaching group held its first teaching seminar of the semester on 18 February 2023. The discussion included a seminar on the latest learning status and learning outcomes of CC students, a seminar on the teaching and teacher growth of CC teachers, and a seminar on the preparation of CC teaching and improvement of teaching materials.

Firstly, under the leadership of CC's GD coordinator, Ms Gao Huilin, the teachers shared their knowledge of the courses they teach and shared with each other what they should do to ensure that their students can successfully complete their courses and achieve better learning outcomes.

Afterwards, the CC teachers shared their teaching experiences and their expectations for improving their teaching and seminar skills, and discussed how to improve their own skills to facilitate better teaching.

Finally, the CC teaching team completed the initial inspection of teaching in an organised and structured manner, including issues such as the completeness of the courseware, lesson plans, process schedules, the construction of the Chaoxing system course, and the completeness of the classroom equipment, to ensure that the course would run and proceed smoothly in the new term. Director Gao Huilin stressed that the course lesson plans should be as detailed as possible, and the lesson plans should specify the teaching content, teaching objectives, teaching priorities and detailed course schedule and teaching method design for each lesson. At the same time, CC teaching materials should strictly refer to those recommended in the curriculum standards, and teaching aids should meet the school's regulations on the management of teaching materials.

Through this teaching and research activity, the CC teaching team unified their thoughts, improved their teaching materials, communicated with students about their learning, inspired teachers to teach and achieved a very good teaching and research effect.
