关于我校迎接质量认证与评估的材料归档通知

各部门、二级学院：

为迎接我校中外合作质量认证与新建高职院校人才培养工作评估，现根据《江苏省新建高等职业院校人才培养工作合格评估指标体系》《高职高专层次中外合作办学质量认证标准》，拟定了《苏州百年职业学院认证与评估任务分解及支撑材料目录指南》（第一版）。

请各部门、二级学院根据支撑材料目录，按照《苏州百年职业学院质量认证与人才培养工作评估材料归档规范》的格式要求，对照材料目录进行自查，找出存在的问题，提出具体整改措施，确保工作顺利推进。

第一次提交材料的时间节点为2021年11月30日。请相关部门指定专门的材料负责人，提交相应的电子档材料给评估办公室，评估办公室在收到材料后将会同评建材料工作组进行初审，并及时给出意见或建议。

Dear ALL,

Please see the attached documents about the directory guide for supporting materials for certification and evaluation (Verson 1) . All departments are requested to conduct self inspection according to the directory guide to ensure the smooth progress of the work.

The time node for the first submission of materials is November 30, 2021. Please submit relevant materials to Evaluation Office and we will give opinions or suggestions in time.
